    <description>&lt;P&gt;i have ordered a phone online as an upgrade, and paid £50 upfront&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i got an order confirmation email however the £50 hasn’t left my account. and i got a second email asking to call their services but when i called up it said that they were only taking emergency calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what can i do in order to get my phone ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
