As per a conversation with customer service rep I was advised that the order wasn't put through and to contact EE to get the account holder to add it to the plan via phone call.

Hello, I did try to resolve this through online chat, however, unfortunately the chat was disconnected (no one is at fault for this - probably due to high volume of people trying to get through!).

Ordered the iPhone 11 in White - 128GB on the 23rd of April. I have received an order confirmation with tracking information. Unfortunately there has been no upfront payment taken as of yet and when I ordered the device it was "low stock".

I am wondering if my order has been fully received and if payment should have been taken.

I have also checked the stock (as of today) and the device I have ordered is currently classed as "in stock" on the website.

Any help would be appreciated!
