I have ordered the new iPhone se receiving a confirmation email on the 22nd with the expected delivery date of the 24th. Payments have been taken out of my bank account but have yet not received any updates via email or text as to when it’ll be delivered and as to why it is delayed when online it has them as still in stock. I have put my details into the tracker and am getting a message saying ‘Sorry, we can’t show your order details right now’. Just wanting to know why it is delayed and whether I can get any updates during its delay? As on the EE website it says operating as normal with extremely good service levels right across our network and to expect delivery with 24 hours.

Hi @Jc95

You need to check order tracking

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails

If this isn't working then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

When your delivery is due DPD will text you.

Thanks
