Tracking says cancelled order?

Hiya can someone pm me about an order I placed which is now showing as cancelled on the tracking page? Phone is being released tomorrow and I have had no communication to say its been cancelled from EE. Can someone check for me? Thank you

No one here can check we are just customers. Your best bet is to give EE a call.

Hi Brandon, been trying to call but lines are busy, was trying to see if any EE support team on here could check for me

Just hang on the line. They are busy because they have less staff on.
