I ordered the Samsung s20 ultra on the 10th of March. My tracking says awaiting confirmation. I chose to have my order delivered to my local EE store but due to the current epidemic of covid 19 my local store is closed. I am wondering is there any way I am able to change my delivery option to home delivery ?

My status has been saying awaiting confirmation since the 6th of April, any ideas on how long this wait is going to be or am I better off just ringing and speaking to someone, my current contract has been finished since the 13th March and I domt fancy continuing to pay this bill if my new upgrade is going to take much longer.

Hi @Tconnor94.

You could try giving our Customer Care team a call to see if they have any further information on this.

As @James_B mentioned, a member of our team will contact you when your phone is ready.
