I placed an order for another line on my account for an Apple Watch. There was an upfront cost which has came out my account and I have an order number but when I track my order it says it can’t show the details at this time. I also ordered airpods as an add on accessory after and they have arrived. Just wondering if this can be checked?

Hi @Rhian1191

Welcome to the community. 🙂

I recommend following @Chris_B's advice and speak to our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check the order and make sure everything's OK.
