i am looking to order the pink Galaxy s20 5g, however it is saying it's available for preorder then underneath it says it is in stock. I am confused about whether the item is in stock or not?

I just checked it myself and also seen the same as you the other two colours are in stock to be 100% sure I would ring the sales team on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 1 from 8AM they will have access to reviewing stock levels.

Hi so I called EE but didn't get very far or get my issue solved. I'm worried if I order it that I'm not going to get it for ageZ

No they haven't , when I called I was on hold for over an which hour, is expected, then when I got an answer they said hello then it hung up and I never received a call back.
