Phone delivery

So I ordered the 6s plus (pay monthly) on Wednesday the 15th at 7:05 pm and had an email yesterday saying my order has been confirmed and my expected delivery date was today. Due to my old phone being broken the contact number I had to use for dpd was my home phone. So I have no idea when my phone is going to arrive today. Please could you let me know when it's going to arrive as I can't access the dpd confirmation text

I don't understand how I'm supposed to get the IMEI number if I don't have a mobile phone that works currently ?

You can find out your DPD tracking number by giving us a call on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or network provider.
