Hello,

I would like to close my account.

I left the UK and I don't need to use this number and data anymore.

I cannot call you, so please let me know the way of canceling my account using online.

you will need to call 0044 7953966250 to give 30 days notice to cancel your account otherwise you will continue to be charged.

Do you have a UK number that you'd be able to receive a call on?
