phone delivery

Hi can you advise when i can expect delivery of my upgrade? ordered on 6/4/20 have been given an order number and said its on its way but still nothing? ive tracked my order and says it cannot be tracked at the moment. appreciate some advice thanks

Same with me ordered and took the upfront cost out but no sign of the phone as of yet

Which phones did you order? What delivery guidance were you given at the time you ordered?

I ordered a iphone XR and the message i received back was that my order was on its way. I have been given an order number and told to look out for a text message. i have given card details for the hand set charge but as of yet that hasnt been taken from my account. when i tried to track my order it just says that it cant be tracked at the moment? Phone was ordered on 6/04/20

Have you had any contact from DPD at all?

Were you tracking this in our online order tracker?

no not heard a thing from DPD at all and yes was tracking in online order tracker from yourselves

i am in the exact same boat as nicola at the moment, and i am quiet worried as the upfront cost has been taken out of my bank account and all i have to show for it is a order number and no contact from DPD
