No info regarding my order

I ordered a Playstation 4 yesterday online and received an email to say i would get confirmation but no upfront payment has been taken and no further info. I cant use chat as it doesnt let me but advises me to call 150 when I call 150 it says its only taking calls from vulnerable people !!
