      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I ordered a new phone (UPGRADE) on 12.04.20 and received an email saying order had been placed. I have not heard anything since. I know it was over bank holiday etc and that these are busy times. Is there a delay in processing web orders at the moment. Don't want to sit on the phone for an hour trying to find out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
