    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two questions I cant find an email address for customer services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded to a Samsung s20 ultra I need to return my s10 but am unable to do so due to coronavirus who do I contact about this to extend the period of returns&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I pre orded the S20 ultra but never received a confirmation email&amp;nbsp; (same when I pre ordered my s10 ) I need this to send to Samsung to claim ear buds +&amp;nbsp; last time customer services emailed it to me but again due to coronavirus I am unable to get through to customer services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
