I can this is a common problem from reoccurring posts on the community page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will contact to cancel the order as I have decided to purchase elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered the Samsung a20e payg with £20 sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a successful order email confirmation with ref but the payment has not been taken from my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t track the order and need to know if it is going through as it’s a birthday present for my daughter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can’t call the helpline. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
