      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for an additional device on Friday and received a confirmation email. No updates since and I can’t track it using the order number to check the order status. I’m also unable to post in the main EE community page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How did you place the order? If you've received a confirmation order, and haven't received an email saying there was a problem with the order, it must have been successful.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;DPD will contact you the day before delivery.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're worried about the order, our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; will be able to check it for you.&lt;/P&gt;
