I upgraded on Friday and still haven’t received my new phone, I am waiting for an iPhone 11 64gb

was your device in stock at time if ordering? Did you get a confirmation email after placing your order? Depending on what time you ordered Friday, it could be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. If you download the DPD app using your mobile number and email address on your EE account, it will notify you when your order has been collected. X
