Delivery of upgrades

I upgraded mine and partners phone both said delivery 06/04/2020. Have received confirmation emails for both.

Texts for one and its been delivered. But the other phone has not been delivered ive tried tracking online with order no and got nothing.

unfortunately here on the community there isn't any account access if you call customer services on 150 or freephone 0800 317 720 from any other phone a advisor will be able to advise what is happening with the other order.
