Upgrade but no dispatch

Ordered upgrade apple watch got email to phone so i did then boy completed order on phone and said it will be with you tomorrow. Email came through saying its on its way. Next day “today” nothing showed and no dispatch email from dpd. So my question is, delay or should i be chasing them for upfront money back?

@CYoU Probably delayed because of the coronavirus. And to be honest I don’t know why EE put it’ll be with you next day as that only applies to London and that’s not always possible.

Welcome back to the community.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your delivery yet.

DPD will send you a text message with tracking details the day before your delivery.

You can also download the DPD app which will show your delivery details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Arrived today with no dispatch email from dpd or that. Its here now cheers
