Awaiting confirmation

I ordered a phone upgrade on the 31st of March and when I check the status it is still awaiting confirmation. When I ordered my phone it said it was in stock and dispatch is within 24hours. Anyone else having the same problem???

I ordered my upgrade on the 31st and when I go online it is still saying waiting confirmation! Is anyone else having this problem?

What phone have you ordered?

Once the phone is ready to be dispatched, we will update the online order tracker for you.

You will also receive a text message from DPD letting you know when the phone will be delivered.
