    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not something that can be solved on here. You are going to have to call EE and maybe DPD and ask them why the driver allowed them to collect it without any form of ID which is the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I specifically signalled and have email confirmation for my delivery to be delivered at my new address. However you have failed to do this and delivered it to my old address where they have signed for it and collected it. I’ve been over to find out if they have it and they claim they sent it back which apparently is not the case. I would appreciate clarity on this and an instant response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;aaron&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
