Upgrade not received

I know it’s hectic at the moment with everything that’s going on so I understand delays just don’t know who to contact anymore ... called EE who said dpd have my order but I called dpd who said without a 14 digit reference they can’t do anything... I only have the 00 ref that we gave me 😞

You'll be sent an automated text message with your tracking information from DPD the day before they deliver your phone.

Once you have received this message, you'll be able to track your order with DPD.

Hi

I figured as much but I was advised on the phone yesterday that my package was already with dpd and I got told to call them as it was supposed to be here on Friday, however when I called them they told me they couldn’t help
