All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working closely with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

I would recommend downloading the DPD app, this will send you a notification when your device is on its way.

Ok but how would I track my device on dpd app without a dpd tracking number? The only number I have is the ee order number from when I pre ordered the device.

Hi @Marksy1996.

When your device is ready for dispatch from EE, you will receive a notification that will include your DPD tracking number.
