    <description>&lt;P&gt;help with an upgrade, i ordered a phone on thursday and was told 24 hours!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also this was a trade in and now after 2 emails and text you guys are telling me that if you don't receive my phone by the 10th then the contract is void and i will be liable £300 fee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an order number once the order was completed?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If yes, what does the online order tracker report?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We're temporarily extending our trade-in returns policy from 14 days to 42 to help our customers self-isolate. We are working closely with our recycle partner and will contact all affected customers.&lt;/P&gt;
