Delivery of new iphone

Date: 26 Mar 2020

I ordered my daughter a new iphone on March 26 2020 and have received no information as to its whereabouts. The order number is above but I did not receive a tracking number to can't contact DPD directly who are supposed to be delivering the phone.

Can EE customer services please help.

You can track your order here.

When your order is due you will receive a text from DPD. There maybe some delays with the whole process given the current situation.

Thanks for you help but the 'Track your order' section on the website comes up with no information as I have tried it several times
