I pre ordered my new samsung galaxy S20 ultra 512gb in cosmic grey on 11th March 2020 but as of today 24th March 2020 still not received it, had no updates and my order is still classed as an open order, has anyone else got this, i am also not allowed to claim the new galaxy buds+ because not ordered before 8th March 2020 even tho no phone as of yet

The S20 ultra is un big demand. Samsung couldnt keep up.

Itll prob be April now you get it.

Regarding the buds it was always advertised you had to pre order by 8th March to receive them so dont know why you brought that up.

I was not aware of the 8th march date for the buds, had a lot going on, my dad died 3rd march last year, and my mother has to move due to flats been demolished so had a lot going off in a year, so thus the late pre ordering of new phone knew was due out but did not know when not been keeping up as of late due to problems mentioned
