If your add to plan item is now showing on your bill, it means it must be on its way to you.

You should receive tracking information from the courier soon.

It’s been a week, still no sign, tracking doesn’t work on EE nor DPD....

Hi, no had nothing from DPD, only first email from EE saying that my parcel is on the way to store ( ordered to my local Argos store) that was week ago...

Choose any option, there wont be one specifically for I haven't got my add on.
