    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone stopped working yesterday so I called EE, we tried everything but couldn't bring it back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone/contract over the phone and was told I would receive the phone the next day (today).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked to be sent email confirmation of the upgrade/contract change and tracking for the phone delivery - but I haven't received anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could you help on this one? I'd like an email to confirm the upgrade in phone and contract and also tracking number so I can track the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your email's junk/spam folders just in case the email has ended up in there?&lt;/P&gt;
