Hello,

I made my preorder on 22th February and on tracking order I see the expected delivery date 24 march.

how is this possible?

@dragoscaliman Because demand has outstripped what EE got delivered from Samsung.

I understand, but I read some articles where some users who made the order after me, they received the phones. Also, one guy ordered on 6th March and he will receive the phone by Friday

The launch date is March 13th, but customers who pre-ordered before midnight on March 8th may receive their delivery up to three days early.

DPD will contact you when the delivery is ready to be dispatched.

@Jon_K EE said they have no stock for Ultra so how is this possible?

Launch day for this phone is on the 13th.

DPD will be in contact when your phone is ready to be delivered.

I could walk into a shop right now and get an S20 Ultra but as i pre-ordered I literally have no idea when mine will arrive. Its launch date today but I've had no messages or communication from EE. I've had to go seek information myself.

Who would have thought that you would be worse off for pre-ordering?
