Was told by the shop that i could apply for the free Galaxy buds on the members site . I have tried to order , but it comes up that i am not eligible. Where do i go from here

Hi do you have a S20?
If so the offer is not available to you.
It's only for those who pre-ordered the S20+ or S20 Ultra
Some people on the Samsung UK had this issue with their S20+ and Ultra's, and it was resolved by Re-booting there devices.
I was able to claim mine yesterday and it was approved within a couple hours.
Now awaiting dispatch which can be up to 45 day's.

Yes it is just the s20 but was told in the shop i would be able to get the free buds
