S20 ultra delivery to store

I preordered the s20 ultra I'm store on the 2nd of march alot later than others i know

I was told would be in stock monday but then was told no tuesday when was released noone can give me an update on when it's actually due to the store and my update still says awaiting confirmation

I dont mind waiting but reading all discussions they are saying its first come 1st serve or that having to wait till end of march! I swapped my shift this week so could finish early enough to go in and pick it up this week

I just want to know when I am likely to get it

Preorders meant to be before release date but I cant see that happening!

I'm in the same boat, I'm pretty sure we will be waiting until the 30th now. But if it comes sooner then great.

I just want to know when to expect it the store wont say.

They had 3 delivered to my local store yesterday and just keep saying wait for a text

I'm fed up of being palmed off cs on the phone wont help as I ordered in store

Yeah, my local store got standards and plus but no ultras at all apparently. They say they are waiting for delivery dates from dpd but dpd are just a next day courier so that is bs. Either EE and f'ed up for samsung has. Either way, someone needs to admit it and give us a clear answer

Completely agree! If it wasnt for the fact I wanted this phone and have the case now I'd cancel it and get the s20+
