S20 ultra order / delivery date

I early upgraded my phone with the preorder of the s20 ultra.

My first question is - because I orderd this over the phone. Where can I find my order details etc? As other than phone confirmation I have had nothing?

Also when agreed. They firstly said I'd recieve it earlier than the release date. The 8th/9th in which I didnt.

I phoned up today to ask when the delivery date would be to which I got told... we cannot give you the answer as the screens does not give us this information, all we can tell you is that the confirmation has been sent over to the warehouse.

The deal is 3 days before launch date which is 10th.

But if you havent receive a dpd text by now I doubt itll come tomorrow.

When did you order?

I'm not actually sure of the exact date as I have no written confirmation or anything as was done over the phone.

Is there anyway of finding my order number.

And that's what the girl said on the phone.. she doubts itll be tomorrow as it hasn't been "picked" yet by the warehouse

Really annoyed. I originally called to see what deals they had and the woman gave me a deal where I didn't have to pay the upfront cost of the phone. So I called back on the 28th Feb (2 days later) which was payday to process the order. I was then told that I had to pay the £30 upfront cost even tho I was told it was free. I couldn't afford this this plus the £100 early upgrade fee but the woman I was jow speaking to said if I did it there and then she would add the £30 to my bill and id get the phone today 10th (3 days early) just called EE and the gent may as well have said that this was total BS. So bloody annoyed! Clearly can see I'm not the only one this is happening to 😥
