S20 delivery

Hi, I've ordered a Samsung S20 plus today morning, and I've received a message confirming delivery for the 17th of Feb? Has anyone else got there new phone?

@Yaz789 i’m sure some people have already received it because they would’ve pre-ordered it before release date.

Welcome to the community.

Sounds like there must have been a mix-up with the message you received.

The launch date is March 13th, but customers who pre-order before midnight on March 8th may receive their delivery up to three days early. This is subject to the stock we receive from the manufacturer, and we will fulfil pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Thanks for the update, now that makes sense, pre-ordered the s20 plus 10 or so days ago, mine is saying delivery in the 10th

@spike68 where did you find your delivery date. All I have is verbal confirmation from we that my delivery will be Tomorrow. Hopefully I get mine tomorrow 😥😥

When i did the pr-order i received a tracking email saying delivery on the 10th, was updated overnight now saying delivery in the next 24hrs.

So I've just called them and they've said that they haven't even got the phone in stock yet 😥 I was so excited too 😂

Had delivery confirmation late last night fro EE and DPD, arriving today, hope you managed to sort yours out.

Got this text on the 6th:
Hi, thanks for pre-ordering the Samsung S20 Ultra 128GB 5G Cosmic Black. Because you got in early, you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date. If you chose delivery to a home address, it will be delivered on 10 March and we'll require a signature. If you chose delivery to a store, it will be ready to collect from 10 March and you'll need either your passport or driving licence and credit or debit card. We hope you enjoy it.I pre ordered on the first morning it was available to do so.

Tracking has been saying the 10th until today, now says "awaiting confirmation"

Mine isnt showing as out for delivery despite phoning EE last night and they said it would be with me today. Phoned DPD and they said nothing is in the pipeline for the next 3 days either. Frustrating as you have to sign for it and I need to arrange for someone to be at home!

I received the same text and I'm not happy as I haven't received a despatch email or anything from dpd, which isn't great when you've had to organise to be able to stay in for the delivery. I rang ee and they said it's been picked but not left the warehouse so will be a few days 👎😔

Mine was the same and I also have the text. Said 10th until this morning now awaiting confirmation again but will dispatch in the next 24 hours. But annoyed if it's not today as ordered the day after it was announced and have taken the day off...

I pre ordered the morning after the reveal but havent received any delivery notice yet.

Just read in another thread to check the DPD app anyway. Mine is on the way in the next hour but I hadn't received any confirmations at all. Lucky I checked as was then off to the barbers 😂

Thank you! Just done the same and mine was 2 stops away literally just managed toske it to my deliver Adress as they pulled up. Every one check dpd app!
