S20 Ultra Delivery

So I tried commenting on other posts but was just getting ignored so making my own here.

I preordered the phone on the 19th, I’ve gotten an expected delivery date of the 24th - 26th which is not what I was expecting at all so quite disappointed there.

My main issue however is I received an update yesterday from EE saying ‘Good news, your order is coming soon’. When someone says soon, you don’t expect that to be 3 weeks... so I’m a bit confused and disappointed here.

Any constructive and actually helpful comments would be appreciated.

Phones are shipped on a first come first served basis. Preorders opened on the 12th/13th of February, so if EE had 10000 phones to ship, the first 10000 preorders will get shipped on release date. The next 10000 will be shipped on the 24-26th when the second batch arrives.

If you ordered on the 19th that’s 6-7 days of orders for that first batch. It appears that you’ve hit batch 2

I pre ordered on 11th Feb... Had text saying delivery 10th......but nothing shows on my EE and tracking doesn't work
