S20 ultra delivery date

Payed my early upgrade fee plus delivery charge for the new S20 ultra as I opted for that as my upgrade and was told I would receive the phone on day of release which is 13 March 2020, since then I have received order confirmation with a expected delivery date of 24-26 March. 2 questions. Why have I received a fortnight difference in delivery date than what I was first told and secondly what happens with my bill this month as this a additional line, I still have my other contract and 3 add to plan products but have paid my early upgrade fee but realistically the upgrade shouldn't start until the day I receive the new phone

the new contract will start when they despatch it.
