      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an upgrade on 28 Feb. I've had an email acknowledgement of the order, but I am unable to track the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I enter the order number on the website page it gives an error saying that it can't provide the information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no text messages either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I find out what is happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details the day before your phone is due to be delivered.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;DPD send out delivery confirmation texts up to 8pm.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;
