upgraded two days ago but no money taken ?

i upgraded early to a 11 pro max but no money have been taken for the upgrade and i am still being offered a early upgrade on the ee portal

i have a confirmation email but the order tracker also is not working

anyone had this before ? was going to go through the process of upgrading again but worried it will confuse thing more

Your upgrade won't appear until your next bill & your payment won't be taken until about a week later.

thanks for the reply got an additional email which stated they need more information but it was due to the phone being out of stock so i am now on the waiting list but at least i know its all sorted now

You won't be liable to pay any money until after the phone is dispatched to you.
