Hi,

I ordered my upgrade on the 14th feb and I still haven’t received any updates on when my phone will be getting delivered?

Have you had a confirmation email containing tracking information?

I upgraded online and I received an email confirmation and when I put in my tracking details there’s nothing.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can look into your account and find out what's going on for you.
