      <description>&lt;P&gt;Placed an upgrade order yesterday morning 14-2-20 had an email saying we've got your order with all the details , had no further updates and no transaction showing on online bank for upfront cost. Order number begins with xko and says we cant show this order on tracker.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the tracker doesn't work then give EE CS a call on 150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your order is due for delivery then you will receive a text from DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
