Hi I ordered my new iPhone 11 Pro Max last night. Was told it was in stock and would be delivered today. My EE still says it hasn’t been despatched, can you confirm?

I have checked this and it is showing as available to order. We’ll deliver to you or your local EE store as soon as we receive stock from Apple.

Did you place this order over the phone?

Our current status for this device is we are awaiting stock from Apple.

If you placed this before this changed then I would recommend giving us a call.
