Marriage certificate

I’m the account holder my husbands name is also on the account, had a upgrade on the weekend and said collect in store with id..... totally slipped mind my EE account is in my maiden name! Can’t find my marriage certificate which they said if I bring that I can collect the phone, I asked can i bring expiry passport with my maiden name and now my current driving licence with married name they said no as passport is expired, 😭 was wondering as my husband placed the order and as he is named on the account would in store let him collect?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, only the named account holder can collect an upgrade in store.

In order to collect your phone you would need to be able to provide the documentation requested by the store.

The store will also be able to update your account details if you take in a copy of your marriage certificate.
