I have ordered an IPhone 7 today and I haven’t got an email about it saying it’s gone through. I am picking it up from the store tomorrow.

Welcome to the community.

We did have essential IT work over the weekend, this did mean a small delay in orders reaching our warehouse, and deliveries being made.

If you have ordered online or over the phone and opted for delivery to a store, you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.

You will need to take a valid form of ID when you go to collect your iPhone 7.
