How long do I have after I take up a new EE Pay Monthly contract to apply a Corporate Discount code? And how do I go about applying the code please?

You don't have any time. A Perk discount code can only be applied at the time of your order for a new or upgraded contract. It can't be applied retrospectively.

@XRaySpeX is correct we cannot add a EE Perk corporate discount after the contract has started.

Hi,

Just searching myself to apply corporate discount and wonder if you can help me. I went into EE shop on Thursday, took out a new contract for 2 phones. Guy in shop told me to go on line and get discount code then apply it. I am trying to do that now, I have the codes but don't know how to put onto the account and you message indicates I cant as the contract has started (numbers transferred over yesterday afternoon). Is there anything I can do to put the discount code on as I have done exactly what the sales person has told me.

Welcome to the community.

I recommend popping back into the EE Retail store where you took out the contract. The Perk discount code must be added at the point of upgrade.

They should be able to help get that sorted for you.
