Hello

My phone was signed for by the warehouse on Monday morning; I phoned up on Monday afternoon and I was told that I would receive a text from EE within 24 hours but I have still not received anything.

My contract was set up with EE directly not with car phone warehouse

@TaliaJones Once EE have fully processed the returned device and have checked everything is ok with it you’ll be informed. This can take a few days so you need to be patient.
