I received my link yesterday 5/12 but when I click the link it doesn't work

I have emailed Kondor in order to get this sorted

Hi,

I have the same problem, when i click on the link and enter the IMEI number it says not recognised. I was passed a customer support email for Kondor and emailed them on Tuesday still have not received a response.

Really just looking for someone to assist and get this moving to claim my gift.
