I have ordered my IPhone 11 in red as an upgrade on 1/12/2019 and it is on back order, is there any update as to how long I can expect to wait?

Thanks David, I gave them a call and they said up to 14 days from order, is this often the case or is it usually a lot quicker?

@JackT018 from past experience it depends on the volume of back orders it shouldn't be too long though.
