Hi, I applied online for my upgrade as it said I was able to upgrade. I done my order yesterday around this time and got sent an email saying Thanks Shannon xxxxx we have your order but I have heard nothing back since and I am just wondering when I am going to hear back about receiving my new device not. Thank you

I would recommend contacting 150 to check the status of your upgrade order as there is no account access here on the community.

What phone have you ordered?

You will get a text from DPD the day before your delivery to let you know when to expect your upgrade 🙂
