I have tried on Sony website and it says my imei number is not recognised

Once you have had your phone for 14 days, you will receive a text message letting you know you can go to the Sony portal to claim your gift.

I have checked with Kondor and the subscription code should be in your PlayStation delivery box.

Hi i have checked in the box again and there is nothing else there all that was included was the PlayStation4 and the dual shock controller.
