Delivery timescale??

I upgraded my contract on the 6th October got the e-mail confirmation and it said wait for a text for a delivery date.

The phone was and still is in stock I don't understand why I've still had no information, i checked the ee tracker with the order number and it says it cant give any details at present?

The money has been taken for the new hand set

Likewise, just wondering on the lead time for the iphone11. I ordered one last week and my order still is at the first stage....

Thanks for coming back to me.

Our EE Shop is showing the device is expected to be dispatched within 14 days.

You will get a text from DPD the day before the device is due to be delivered.

If you would like an update on your order give us a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will be able to check this for you.
