I ordered an upgrade on Friday, no update still

I ordered a phone upgrade on Friday evening, it is now Monday and I have had no update as to the status of my order. It says one day delivery, I understand that it may not have been able to be delivered over the weekend, but would have expected at least and update by now as it has been 3 days. And no email from EE apart from the original confirmation, and no text from DPD, so I would assume It hasn’t been dispatched yet!

What device did you order?

You will get a text from DPD the day before your upgrade is due to be delivered this can be up until 8PM 🙂
