No confirmation number or delivery information

i got my confirmation email last week but with no order number on it and it’s supposed to be delivered today but I have no DPD text or any way of tracking it. The contract is under my mum’s name but I just need to know when it’s coming so I can stay in

Welcome to the community.

DPD will send you a text the day before your delivery.

If you can get the account holder to give us a call, we will be able to check this for you and get you an update on the delivery.
